We welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds at our group specializing in holistic and somatic therapy for mental and emotional health.
Our group practice consists of providers specializing in holistic and somatic therapy for mental and emotional health- meaning we address stress and mental health concerns on the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels. Our practice prides itself on offering evidence-based practices from a variety of modalities, including Eastern practices (EMDR, IFS, Yoga Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Dance Movement Therapy, and more). Each of us holds different areas of expertise and when you reach out, we'll match you with the most appropriate therapist; and if none of us are a great fit, we'll do our best to provide you with some other names as we know how hard it can be to reach out. Our group values access to care and we take some insurance plans and have a limited number of sliding scale spots per a therapist. We also value providing affirming therapy for clients of different identities, cultures, and backgrounds and pursue additional training in supporting LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and AAPI clients.
