I'm a compassionate and empathetic psychologist who believes that collaboration with clients fosters meaningful, positive change.

Recognizing that we can sometimes become trapped in unhelpful or even harmful thought and behavior patterns, I offer a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore and work through these challenges. I specialize in addressing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life stress, relationship challenges, difficulties related to life transitions, health-related distress, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, and weight management. I'm wholeheartedly dedicated to offering culturally inclusive care, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for clients of all backgrounds and identities. My approach combines CBT and ACT along with Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and compassion-focused care. My focus is on guiding clients toward change by enhancing their understanding of the connection between their patterns of thoughts and behaviors, developing a growth mindset, and where needed, helping clients shift the way they live their lives to align with their core values and beliefs. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, open space that values communication, humor, and meeting clients where they are.
