Therapy is not just about overcoming obstacles; it’s about unlocking your potential and embracing the life you want to create.
I understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but I firmly believe that within each of us lies the strength to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through a strengths-based approach, I help clients (both individuals and couples) recognize their resilience, break free from past patterns, and build the foundation needed to move forward with confidence and clarity. Before becoming a therapist, I built a career in business development across both corporate America and the nonprofit sector. This experience gives me a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, career pressures, and the challenges of balancing personal well-being with professional success. I bring this insight into my work, helping clients navigate career-related stress, leadership growth, and work-life harmony. I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples from all backgrounds and identities, honoring each person’s unique experiences with empathy and respect.
