At Get Real and Heal Therapy, our mission is to provide culturally competent and affirming care to all- especially the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.

Are you someone who grew up in a culture or community where mental health wasn't acknowledged or understood? Have you ever felt unseen, misunderstood, or like you had to carry your struggles alone? Maybe you hold yourself to incredibly high standards—and still feel like it’s never enough. You might find yourself putting others’ needs ahead of yours, even when it leaves you feeling drained or overwhelmed. Get Real and Heal Therapy is a dedicated space for mental health support and healing within BIPOC communities. At Get Real and Heal Therapy, we offer more than just mental health support — we offer connection, representation, and real understanding. What makes our group practice unique is that our clinicians reflect the communities we serve. We bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the table, especially when it comes to navigating race, identity, and the impact of systemic oppression. Our approach is reflective and depth-oriented, which means we’ll not only explore your current challenges, but also the deeper patterns, emotions, and past experiences that may be influencing them.
