Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) is the heart of my work, a framework that facilitates emotional processing and fosters secure relationships with yourself and others. I use trauma-informed approaches, yet enjoy leaving room for playfulness and laughter in our sessions. I enjoy working with people of all diverse backgrounds and experiences, including the AAPI community and Highly Sensitive People.
