I am a Licensed Masters Level Social Worker who has been practicing for 12 years. I have extensive experience working with a wide variety of mental health conditions and practice settings, working with clients who live in the community to my current private practice. I am committed to the values of providing empathy, respect and unwavering support to my clients and practice from a strengths-based perspective. I believe each person possesses the ability to grow, learn new skills and evolve from their current circumstances to improve their daily functioning and achieve optimal well-being. I am passionate in working with individuals and couples and welcome persons of all backgrounds and life experiences. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, grief, bereavement and relationship issues, and support clients in cultivating healthier thought patterns and behaviors employing Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
