Juliane enjoys supporting people of all ages with a wide variety of issues. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and friendly.

Juliane has a master’s degree from University of Kentucky and is a supervising licensed independent social worker with 25 years of experience. She has experience working with individuals, families, and couples ranging from 5 to 99 in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, homes, residential treatment facilities, outpatient community mental health, and adolescent detention centers. Most recently, Juliane has worked with people coping with major illness (particularly cancer), addressing issues such as trauma, coping with terminal and long-term illness, compassion fatigue/burnout, anxiety, depression, end of life issues, and grief/bereavement. Additionally, Juliane enjoys supporting people of all ages with adjustment issues, ADHD, sensory integration issues, parenting, and other mental health issues. Juliane is LGBTQIA+ affirming and friendly. She uses a variety of evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapy, play therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
