I offer an empathic, compassionate, and supportive approach to psychotherapy.

I work from a relational psychoanalytic and attachment framework and strive to create and nurture a contemplative and collaborative therapeutic environment in which to explore and make meaning of your concerns and to develop effective responses to the obstacles and challenges you are facing. I enjoy working with individual adolescents and adults on a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, sense of self and identity, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and relationship challenges. My broad clinical experiences in outpatient, inpatient, and community settings continually deepen my understanding of and respect for the profound uniqueness of each human being, while also refining my discernment and honoring of the universal fears, challenges, and desires we share. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming, work from an anti-oppression/anti-racist lens, and always strive to create inclusive, intersectional care. Come as you are. All of you is welcome here.
