I am excited to have the opportunity to be a guide as you heal; grow into your whole self; and connect more deeply with your inner and outer worlds.

Sincere engagement in psychotherapy is a sacred process which frees a person to live an authentic and Self-honoring life. Much like a complex labyrinth this will be a unique journey down a less travelled path towards the manuscript of your personal myth. It is an honor to sit with you and to get to know you. I hope to be a companion and guide on your trek towards healing and wholeness. My clinical experience has come from an array of settings in both North Carolina and California: as a therapist in residential and day treatment for Eating Disorders, as a school-based therapist for a city’s school system (Pre K-12th), as an early intervention specialist for families of differently abled newborns/infants/toddlers, as an In-Home clinician for at-risk children and teens and their families, and as a chaplain resident at a Substance Abuse rehabilitation hospital. My academic training focused on systemic processes, and I primarily utilize a therapeutic style that is rooted in Depth Psychology. Dreams, art, journaling, poetry, play, mindfulness, music, and spiritual practices are incorporated into sessions to enhance the therapeutic experience.
