Everyone has a unique story in life, and everyone deserves a space to express those stories. In my work, I place a strong emphasis on the connection between the past and the present. Through exploring this connection, I strive to help clients gain an increased awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as make changes to improve their lives. Every single one of us is the way we are in the present because of what we have experienced in the past. I also value the connection between therapist and client. Without a solid therapeutic relationship, healing cannot happen. I approach my work with clients in a collaborative way and strive to show up in the therapy room however is needed for each person.
