Everyone has a unique story in life, and everyone deserves a space to express those stories. In my work, I place a strong emphasis on the connection between the past and the present. Through exploring this connection, I strive to help clients gain an increased awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as make changes to improve their lives. Every single one of us is the way we are in the present because of what we have experienced in the past. Although I have experience and enjoy assisting with a wide range of mental health issues, I take special interest in trauma, grief, relationships, identity conflicts, life transitions, and anxiety. I also have experience with play therapy and other expressive methods.
