Jordan Gale
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing individual, couples, and family counseling both in-person and online.
Hello! I have extensive training and experience using family systems models, attachment-based models (dyadic developmental psychotherapy), and experiential techniques. I also use evidence-based models such as cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. In session, you can expect me to bring a sense of hope, safety, and directness. In particular, I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are experiencing attachment and/or trust and bonding issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, neurodevelopmental trauma, adoption-related challenges, complex trauma, and other mood related difficulties. Reach out today to see if we are a good fit!
