Taking the first step towards therapy is a courageous act. Together we will work to create effective solutions for your problems.

For over 34 years, I’ve served Kansas residents as a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LCP) with a Master’s degree in Psychology. I take pride in offering a supportive environment for individuals of all ages (5-85) through various therapy approaches. My experience spans individual, group, marital, couple, and family therapy. I specialize in helping clients manage depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. My therapeutic toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), among others. Taking the first step towards therapy is a courageous act. I applaud you for considering it! In our sessions, I view you as the expert on your life. We’ll collaboratively identify challenges and develop coping mechanisms tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll craft solutions that empower you to make positive changes. I’m here to support your journey towards a more fulfilling life. Let’s connect and discuss how therapy can help.
