Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Helping you build stronger relationships and navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care.
Hi, I'm a Puerto Rican-New York-raised Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate complex life situations. My passion lies in guiding you through your healing journey and helping you build the life and relationships you desire. I specialize in couples therapy and work with clients on relationship challenges, including conflict resolution, infidelity, intimacy issues, and separation. My background includes working with children in foster care, hospice patients, and families, which has given me deep empathy for people at various stages of life. I’ve also spent years supporting patients in psychiatric crises, and I’m passionate about the brain’s capacity for change, especially in overcoming anxiety through neuroplasticity. Therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and understood. I'll use approaches like CBT, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapy to help you uncover your strengths and reach your emotional and mental health goals. I honor your unique story and culture and will be there every step of the way, whether you're ready to walk or run toward healing.
