Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
My goal is to partner with you to reconnect with your values, tap into your strengths, and discover your full potential.
I am the Co-Founder of Capital Counseling, a therapy practice specializing in working with college students, young adults and women who find themselves anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, and/or undergoing various life transitions. I have spent my 20+ year career working alongside college students both on college campuses and beyond. My team and I have expertise in understanding the unique challenges that accompany this incredibly important time in life. We are invested in helping our clients make room for difficult emotions, rediscover their values, and live a rich, full, and meaningful life. Asking for help takes courage and searching for a therapist is hard. I strive to make the search as easy as possible by providing multiple ways to access us and to determine if we are the right fit for you. We offer complimentary consultations so that you can experience what it is like to work with us first hand.
