I specialize in helping college students & young adult women break free from anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout.

I specialize in working with college students, young adult women who find themselves anxious, stressed, chronically overwhelmed, and/or undergoing various life transitions. I have spent my 20+ year career working alongside college students both on college campuses and in private practice. I understand the unique challenges that college students and yound adults experience and am invested in helping my clients make room for difficult emotions, rediscover their values in order to live rich, full, and meaningful lives. Asking for help takes courage and searching for a therapist is hard. I strive to make the search as easy as possible by providing multiple ways to access us and to determine if we are the right fit for you. We offer complimentary consultations so that you can experience what it is like to work with us first hand. Jill Triana is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina, offering individual and group therapy in Raleigh and via telehealth.
