I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families to help them achieve personal growth, balance, and wellness. My approach to therapy is primarily cognitive-behavioral. My main goal is to help you find lasting solutions and assist in your personal growth and change. I include clients in the development of personalized treatment plans and will use a holistic approach, which means I may use different methods to help you meet your goals including reality therapy, family systems therapy, mindfulness coaching and homework.
