RN, Certified Integrative Health Coach: I approach mental and physical health through a holistic lens, tailored to each individual's goals and intuition.
Welcome to Align Integrative Health! The mind-body connection is powerful. Our mental, physical, relational, and emotional health are interconnected. As a registered nurse and certified integrative health coach, I specialize in sustainable behavior change and use coaching techniques that integrate conventional, complementary, alternative, and lifestyle-based approaches to well-being. I partner with individuals to optimize the body's ability to heal and thrive, address root causes of illness, and develop habits that provide life-long benefits. My goal is to help my clients develop realistic lifestyle practices, reach their health goals, and align their actions with their overall life vision. Clients engage in a holistic process that's tailored to each individual’s intuition, circumstances, preferences, and values. Together, we identify and navigate obstacles to wellness, create health goals and plans, track progress, create accountability, and connect with the resources needed to succeed. The transition to adulthood is one of life’s most pivotal chapters, filled with change and growth. I look forward to helping you establish strong foundations and feel your best!
