I have 30 years of clinical experience. I welcome clients of all backgrounds to include military, first responders, LGBTQ and the non-religious.

I am looking forward to meeting you! I have 30 years of experience as a therapist in a range of settings including inpatient hospitals to military clinics to my current practice. I have worked with all ages but currently am only working with adults. My treatment approach is individualized, client centered from a strengths perspective using evidence based treatments to include CBT, solution-focused, motivational Interviewing and trauma informed modalities. We will work together as a team to develop a plan that will help you address your specific needs and goals. Clients of all backgrounds and walks of life are welcome including LGBTQ and those who are seeking a secular perspective. I have expertise working with military, first responders, healthcare providers and other clinicians.
