I'm so glad you're here. You don't have to do this alone. I'm a therapist and fellow human who knows what it's like to struggle and to heal.

If you're sick of pain and confusion, I'll partner with you to heal the source of your sadness so you can live a life that's really meaningful to you. If you experienced panic, anxiety, or the aftermath of trauma, you might question whether you can heal and recover from it. If you have a painful relationship with food and your body, you might feel like there's no way out. Your world may feel out of control, and you may wonder whether anyone can help you. I'm a multiculturally competent therapist specializing in anxiety, panic, PTSD, and eating disorders. I have over 25 years of experience helping people unravel their suffering around physical and mental health. I use an integrated, trauma-informed approach that allows me to consider the source of your pain and help you heal it completely. I may not know your experience, but I know what it's like to struggle, to need help, and to heal. Therapy is fulfilling work, and it can be fun too. All bodies are welcome at Wise Body and will get dignity and respect.
