Healing starts with feeling seen—and safe.

Life can feel heavy sometimes—and reaching out for help can be even heavier. If you’ve landed here, you may be looking for a space to unpack pain, rediscover your strength, and feel a little more like you again. I’m here to walk with you, without judgment, and with realness, humor, and compassion. I became a therapist because I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. I work with folks who’ve been through really hard things—grief, trauma, betrayal, identity struggles—and help them reconnect with their strength, boundaries, and sense of self. I bring empathy, a sprinkle of humor, and a lot of heart to my sessions.
