I am a psychologist with speciality in evidence-based methods to treat anxiety, OCD, depression, and other mental health concerns

I am a clinical psychologist based in Raleigh offering therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in Raleigh, NC as well as across the state of North Carolina via telehealth. I received my PhD in clinical psychology from UNC-Greensboro and completed my clinical internship at the UNC School of Medicine where I received specialized training in pediatric psychology and treating patients with chronic illness. I work with individuals of all ages. In treatment, I prioritize using evidence-based strategies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, while also considering an individual’s unique needs so I can tailor treatment specifically for them. I approach my work with both humor and compassion, with the hope that we can build a strong therapeutic alliance and plan treatment collaboratively. I work with concerns such as anxiety, OCD, depression, and stress. I also provide consultation for parents having difficulty knowing how to support their child’s mental health, or for parents who want to learn specialized tools to help manage challenging behavior.
