Accepting new clients and looking forward to working with you!

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidality with adolescents (13+) and adults. I also identify as a queer and non-binary clinician, and my passion lies in serving the LGBTQIA+ community. I most commonly utilize narrative therapy, DBT, and motivational interviewing as my approaches to treatment, but I don't believe in "one size fits all" therapy. I am committed to making our therapeutic relationship feel safe and secure no matter what your needs are. I describe my clinical approach as gentle and affirming, yet still willing to push you when you need a nudge forward! I use a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, person-centered lens in my approach to treatment, and I always want to meet clients where they are at. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful growth. My aim is to create a warm and inclusive space where individuals from all backgrounds feel supported. Feel free to reach out by email or phone whenever you're ready to start your journey.
