Hi! Seattle Counseling and Wellness is a group practice made up of clinicians from all walks of life who are eager, excited, and skilled to work with you!
I am looking forward to supporting you. I have spent the last 15 years working with adolescents, adults and families as a classroom teacher, school counselor and mental health counselor and believe in the healing powers of talk therapy. My holistic approach takes into account your personal journey as well as the environmental impacts society has on your well-being. I provide tools for students dealing with family changes or academic stress. I connect with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community who are feeling alone or unsure how to be themselves in the world. I encourage adults managing stress and big life transitions to promote self-confidence while encountering the unknowns. I enjoy working with teens facing new feelings of anxiety/depression. I specialize in working with expectant parents and birthing people around mood disorders and crisis prevention. I love supporting families and providing tools for better communication, no matter what you are dealing with. Overall, I aim to provide a counseling environment that is nurturing, encouraging and challenging, creating an opportunity for you to grow whenever possible.
