I accept my clients for who they are, so come as you are!

We all have what it takes to become the person we want to be in life, sometimes we just need a little help accessing those parts of ourselves. I love working with clients in a partnership to develop the tools that will best help them achieve their goals in a judgment-free environment. I work primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, but I believe there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to mental health counseling. I prefer to use an eclectic approach tailored to the client's individual needs. I work with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds. I make a point to be multi-culturally aware and sensitive. I am LGBTQ+ experienced and affirming. I am also accepting and validating of non-traditional relationships. When you step into my office you will be accepted for who you are. I am a firm believer that everyone, and I do mean everyone, can benefit from counseling. There is no such thing as too small of an issue, if you need help working on it, we can work on it together! We all need help at some point in our lives, and as someone who has been through counseling myself, I understand how hard it can be to reach out for that help.
