Heather Maddux
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
I specialize in treating those experiencing anxiety, life transitions and depression. I believe we all deserve a space to feel safe, secure and heard.
Imagine a space where you can be YOU, that’s what I offer, a judgment free zone. Where laughter, tears, and all the in between are welcome! I am committed to meeting you wherever you are on your journey, with kindness, compassion, and a willingness to listen. I have over 25 years of experience working in mental health, including 18 years of working directly with teenagers and parents. I believe in building resilience and coping skills, to help empower you to navigate challenges and achieve your goals. Life and coping with its challenges can feel overwhelming. I am here to help you with whatever you need.
