Hannah Pocock & Associates offer therapy for issues like trauma, anxiety, self-esteem and relationship challenges with a collaborative, mindbody approach.

We're a group practice specializing in depth psychotherapy with a mind-body approach to help you get to the root of issues related to trauma, relationships, life transitions, identity questions, self-esteem, loss, anxiety, and depression. We believe that healing happens in relationships, and are committed to cultivating a warm and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe and deeply understood. Our therapists value a holistic approach and are trained in somatic and integrative approaches including EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, parts work, mindfulness, and emotion-focused psychodynamic therapies. For those who have tried talk therapy before but still feel stuck, these approaches can provide a missing link, helping you get to the root of things by focusing on not only understanding problems, but actually feeling different. Our therapists are Hannah Pocock, LCSW; Jackie Street Rose, LCSW; Kristin Schroeder, MSW, Supervisee in Social Work; and Jennifer Kelly, MSW, M.Am.SAT, Supervisee in Social Work. You can learn more about each of our therapists' training and approaches at our website below.
