I seek to guide you in recognizing your ability to grant yourself more self-compassion and to explore with you what may be contributing to where you currently feel stuck. I often use an eclectic combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance And Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems Model) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy in my sessions so that together we can find your confidence in your ability to cope with whatever worries, hurts or stuck points brought you in. Simply allowing yourself to show up each session is a huge step, and the more effort you put into the therapy process the more you will get out of it. I'll join you and help guide you from there!
