Hanna Berleth
Psychologist
I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice.
I believe therapy is less about becoming someone new and more about becoming who you truly are. We all develop ways of dealing with life’s difficulties. Sometimes we realize these ways of dealing are also hurting us, our success, our relationships. I specialize in helping you to change these patterns and in assisting you to have a life that is genuinely yours, not one dictated by old ideas and habits that no longer really serve you. The style of therapy I practice is active and collaborative, focusing not only on intellectual insight but in helping you to have a new, meaningful experience. I believe a good therapy relationship, like any good relationship, allows us to feel seen, heard, and compassionately challenged to grow and create the change we long for in our lives.
