I believe that we can build communities of compassion and care through compassion and acceptance of ourselves. I am here to support you on this journey!

Hello, I am so glad that you are here! Taking steps toward healing can be daunting, but you do not need to do it alone! As a therapist, I aim to work alongside you to offer support, compassion, and a safe environment throughout your journey. In this space, I strive to empower you to embrace yourself holistically through emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual connection. I am passionate about helping others connect to their unique interests, creativity, and humor. While encouraging acceptance of yourself, we will work to challenge beliefs and patterns that are no longer serving you in life. You are the most integral member of this team, and we will use therapeutic approaches that best meet your unique needs. Strategies I draw from in my practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed Practice, and Mindfulness strategies. I have a clinical background in working with adults of all ages impacted by childhood trauma, PTSD & Complex PTSD, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and those of LGBTQIA+ identity. In my practice, there is space and celebration for all identities and intersections of identity that you carry. I am committed to respecting your needs, honoring your autonomy, and empowering you to reach your goals.
