Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
My intent and purpose as a therapist is to assist and aid my clients in finding solutions to their situations and issues so that they can go forward.
“I believe that each person makes the best choice they can every time in the moment with the information they possess; that their information is based on past life experiences, their perspective of those experiences, their understanding of the current situation, current thought processes, and the environment that surrounds them. I believe that people try to make the "right" decision every time. Yet they can look back at their previous decisions and wish they had made a different choice or done something else. I also believe that individuals can find themselves in situations they did not anticipate, did not want, and they do not know exactly how to cleanly resolve their situation. In a sense, people can find themselves “stuck” with no real idea of how to get out. I bring my unique and different perspective along with my education, knowledge, and experience in an effort to support and aid others in resolving their difficulties in life. When someone chooses me as their therapist I consider it an honor and privilege to share in their journey through life. It is my desire to be helpful to those around me.
