I approach therapy from a collaborative and comprehensive angle, allowing me to support a wide range of individuals.

I have experience working with teens (16 and up) and adults struggling with mental health concerns and those looking to improve their quality of life through individual therapy. I have additional training in treating addictions and eating disorders. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and interpersonal therapy and strive to be trauma-informed in every aspect of therapy to provide compassionate, empathetic, and highly individualized support. I also value strongly the role of identity when understanding and treating mental health. I work to help my clients use insight and self-empowerment to better understand themselves and improve their lives. I enjoy working with clients to manage and treat a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-related distress, eating disorders, addictions, identity development, interpersonal concerns, life transitions, grief, and loss. I am under the supervision of Diane Garves, MA, LPC.
