Our trauma-informed and recovery-focused trained staff take great care to provide a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment. Malvern Behavioral Health focuses on key stressors that impact young adults and works with each person to develop proper support, skills, and education so they can thrive in everyday life. Our Young Adult, The Lotus Program, is specifically designed for young adults 18-26 years-old. We help young adults progress forward from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. Our staff is trained in trauma-informed care to ensure we are giving the highest quality of treatment with compassion and care. We provide the following treatment approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Introduction to Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills, Mindfulness Practices and Motivational Interviewing. Our beautiful new unit is a nurturing, warm environment which is conducive to recovery and symptom stabilization. We are an LGBTQ+ Safe Zone.
