I specialize in working with helpers, givers, and fixers on relationship issues, perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, and burnout.

You feel like you’re constantly shaping yourself to meet others’ expectations, but doing so makes you feel like you’re losing touch with what truly makes you happy, with who you really are. You put so much energy into being there for others, yet feel drained at the end of the day. You take on a lot of responsibility for your family, your friends, and the people you care about most, but your own needs keep getting pushed to the side. I’m a mapmaker for your emotional landscape - guiding clarity, connection, and growth. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and those exploring masculinity, helping men embrace a version of manhood rooted in authenticity and the strength of vulnerability.
