I offer individual, couples, and sex therapy, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and stress related to life transitions and trauma. Additionally, I have advanced training as a sex therapist, helping individuals navigate concerns around sex, sexuality, and gender with openness and understanding.
