Part of healing is allowing yourself to just be. Allowing yourself to acknowledge those unedited feelings and emotions. Faith is at the center of everything that we do in this practice. I aim to cater to perinatal and maternal mental health. Including mothers who have experienced the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at any capacity. My vision for this practice is unique! Our approach Intertwines counseling (CBT, Strength-Based, Mindfulness, & Narrative) w/yoga, “Walk & Talk” Therapy & other positive coping mechanisms that will aid you throughout your journey. It is one thing to speak with you about positive coping mechanisms, it is another to actually incorporate these practices into our sessions. When you partner with me, you’re partnering with more than just an educationally experienced counselor. You’re partnering with a mother. Someone who was once a victim herself, but most importantly, you’re partnering with an overcomer! Someone who’s experienced infertility and premature birth. Allow me to aid you as you embark on your personal journey! I can’t wait to see how the plants you water throughout your journey begin to flourish!
