I welcome and affirm people of all identities and background. Providing comfortable, convenient, and confidential remote counseling.

Let me first say, It takes strength and courage to take this first step toward your goals; well done. I welcome you to this safe space if you are feeling overwhelmed by life, struggling with anxiety and/or depression, having problems coping, having problems in your relationships, or grieving. There is hope. Contact me or schedule online through my website. We are talking about you and your life, things that matter so I am open, non-judging, relaxed, and truly authentic. Depending on why we are connecting you may find that we focus on one or two concrete goals complete those and end therapy in a couple weeks. Or you may want to examine ingrained and deep facets of your personality that you want to change, if so then expect to meet for months and have me gently but assertively reflect pieces of you back to yourself. A little about me: I am born and raised in Shenandoah Valley. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. I am a strong introvert and am trying to live my best and most authentic life. I enjoy taking hikes with my family, baking, and reading. I am a dog lover and cherish the times I have spent traveling the globe.
