My mission is to provide a healing environment for people who are struggling and to help them reach their full potential.
Hi, I’m Erin Rubenking. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addictions Counselor in Colorado. I’ve spent the last decade+ working with elite performers (athletes, high achievers and professionals) as they navigate mental health challenges in order to perform in all aspects of their lives. I started working with elite performers in eating disorder and substance use treatment facilitates. Eventually, I became embedded in a Division I athletic department, overseeing the mental health of all the student-athletes. Nourish Therapy, PLLC was created with the intention to help elite performers - athletes, high achievers, professionals, etc. - navigate their mental health and thrive in all aspects of their lives. I hope this is a place where you can be yourself as you find your inner strength to heal from life’s challenges!
