Erika Branch

Erika Paulyne Branch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate licensed in the state of North Carolina who has over 2 years of experience working with teens and adults to create positive behavior change, overcome barriers to success, as well as helping with depression, anxiety, life adjustments, anger management, and life skills. She graduated from Appalachian State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Social Work. Erika utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques, strengths-based interventions, play therapy, and art therapy techniques to encourage personal growth while creating a comfortable and safe environment for her clients. Erika enjoys working to create an empowering atmosphere during therapy, allowing each individual to take charge of their own emotions and begin creating the best ‘you’ possible while exploring creative, artistic, and new ways to think about everyday life.
