Erica Peters Finan
Psychologist, Psychotherapist
I offer evidence-based psychotherapy to help clients build resilience and achieve meaningful, long-term change.
I have been practicing evidence-based psychotherapy for over 20 years. My practice is built on the belief that therapy should be a supportive and collaborative process, help individuals gain insight and develop coping skills, and guide people toward lasting emotional well-being. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Vermont and completed my predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Yale School of Medicine. In addition to my clinical practice, I have conducted extensive research on the effects of cannabis and cannabidiol (CBD) on adults generally and on women’s health specifically, further deepening my understanding of the complexities of mental and physical well-being.
