Emma Segnere
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Your emotional wellbeing is our priority. We will work together to not just get you unstuck, but help you thrive and flourish.
As a therapist, I feel privileged to be a part of my clients' lives and be able to witness the resilience and strength within each person I work with. We all have challenges and struggles that we need help navigating sometimes. My experience is working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, OCD, ADHD, and relationship problems. In my work, I try to prioritize co-creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. I strive to empower my clients to lead fulfilling lives and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence. My style of therapy is often trauma-informed and integrative, pulling from cognitive-behavioral (CBT) theories, as well as mindfulness and acceptance (ACT) approaches.
