My mission is to support people as they move past life's struggles towards healing and achieving their personal goals and authentic selves.

Life can be stressful and hard. It's not easy to keep up with family demands, work responsibilities, societal expectations, cultural differences, while also focusing on your own wants and needs. You can create your ideal life by practicing tools to calm anxiety, reduce stress, and deal with the pressure you may be feeling from everyday life. But know you are not alone in your journey towards feeling better, and I can support you as you navigate through all of life's challenges. I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist who provides Individual Therapy for ages ranging from 12 years old to 65 and older. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings. Along with my use of psychodynamic, humanistic, multi-cultural, and person-centered therapy approaches I received training in Expressive Arts Therapy which provides alternative tools that help access your own personal strengths and metaphors in support of healing and wellbeing.
