Your emotional wellbeing is our priority. We will work together to not just get you unstuck, but help you thrive and flourish.

Getting help can feel like a big step to take sometimes. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, autism, LGBTQIA+ issues, or anything in between, I'd feel privileged to help you along this journey and meet you where you are. Psychological distress can impact both your internal world, and your relationships, so my goal is to help you understand this impact, and work together to reduce it, grow through it, and find a way to live a meaningful and value-aligned life despite any struggles that you're facing. My approach to therapy includes elements of CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic theory, and attachment theory. I don’t believe in a one-size fits all model, so I enjoy integrating different styles of therapy to meet your individual needs. I also work with individuals of all ages and developmental stages.
