Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist located in Grand Rapids, MI. My training background and professional experience comes from predominately working in university counseling settings. I have extensive experience working with high-achieving young/emerging adults of diverse backgrounds. I utilize an insight-oriented, multicultural, and trauma-informed approach in therapy and can bring in other approaches (e.g., CBT, mindfulness) as needed. Many of my clients come to me wanting to improve their relationship patterns, better manage symptoms of anxiety/depression, and/or achieve a deeper understanding of themselves in order to identify what changes they would like to make.
