Licensed Master Level Psychologist (LMLP)
With me, you can expect to receive you-centered care. See our website for more information at TherapyWithEquip.com
My goals are your goals. I am your guide; together we will create a plan and start your journey. After 20 years in the mental health field, I have helped equip others to think, feel, and work their way through their struggles to find better living. You will use the strengths you have always had and discover new ones. Our focus will be relationships. Together we will address your relationship with yourself: self-care, self esteem, personal boundaries, your lifestyle and your identity, and how you treat your body. We will continue to build upon your relationships with others: family, friends, colleagues, partners, and so on, to help enrich your life. As a psychotherapist, I have additional training in emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and existential therapies. As a registered nurse, I have specific experience with chronic disease management and bereavement. You will learn how to use your therapy to become healthier, independently living the life you choose!
