Elizabeth Manzetti
(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
I’m passionate about helping individuals transform challenges into opportunities for growth.
My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a strong belief that everyone has the capacity to create purpose and direction in their lives. I work with adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I support college students as they navigate academic uncertainty and the transitions in and out of college. I also help athletes break through mental barriers to reach their peak performance. I take an eclectic approach, integrating ACT, CBT, Existential Therapy, and Reality Therapy to tailor my approach to each client. I view wellbeing in a holistic way, recognizing how deeply interconnected mental health, fitness, and nutrition are. By integrating these areas, I help clients create lasting change and achieve balance in all aspects of their lives. Whether you're looking to overcome personal challenges, build self-esteem, or improve your mental health, I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey toward transformation and fulfillment. If you’re ready to take the first step toward creating meaningful change in your life, I invite you to contact me. Together, we can work toward your goals!
