Hello! I am so excited to meet you! As a therapist, I find the most important aspect of our time together being that you feel safe to share and valued as a person in the story you have lived. I value the individual and unique stories of each person I get the honor of working with. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach, so I like to make each session with my clients unique to accommodate their unique needs. I specialize in working with women and teenager with trauma, anxiety, depression, and many other conditions, but I am open to taking any client wanting to work with me! I also love to incorporate Christianity into sessions with those who are interested! The bible speaks so much to out mental health and I want to help you bridge the gap between your mind and the God who created it. I hope during our sessions you feel supported, heard, and leave with an action step you can practically take towards healing.
