Life can be challenging at times, but it doesn’t need to stay that way. As a clinical psychologist, I want to help you live the life you want.

Life is difficult at times and I want to help you shape and create the life you want by gaining skills, having alternative perspectives, be better equipped to handle life’s challenges, and becoming less reactive. Together, we will enhance your relationships as well as increase your self-awareness and help you calm your mind. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process and is most successful when you have trust and a good connection with your therapist. My approach is to work together, as a team. I'm here to understand you, and will always be authentic, an active listener, and straightforward. I use a variety of empirically-researched therapeutic interventions as one therapy doesn’t fit everyone. It's an integrative approach and tailored to fit your unique needs. I’ll help you examine past life events and your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings to help you understand your present and prepare for your future. As a psychologist, I have been honored to learn about my clients' lives and am passionate about helping people live their best life. My training, expertise, and my years of experience with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and ages, including at university counseling centers, has helped people create real change, have more life satisfaction, and feel better. Regardless of the intensity, awkwardness, or difficulty of your concerns, nothing is too small or big to benefit from psychotherapy.
