I strive to help my clients process transformative, sometimes painful, human experiences.

Their approach to counseling focuses on a range of mental health topics including: chronic illness, depression, anxiety, ADHD, complex trauma, minority stress, intergenerational trauma, relational dynamics, dating/relationships, and grief/loss. As a queer, mixed-race clinician, they specialize in racial and gender identity development, sexuality, spirituality, managing transition, and coping through complex traumatic events – particularly as it relates to the 2SLGBQTIA+ community, Latinx communities, immigrant communities, and biracial/multiracial/mixed-race individuals. Dylan is trained and able to provide letters of support for gender-affirming medical care. Their holistic, affirming, collaborative and empowering approach to counseling incorporates feminist, anti-oppressive, transformative-justice frameworks into practice. Their counseling approach pays careful consideration to each client’s unique history, context, and social identities. Their therapeutic modalities often include elements from narrative therapy, strengths-based approaches, person-centered approaches, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
