I am an LGBTQ+ oriented therapist who works primarily with people struggling with motivation, self-confidence, and self-loathing.

I work with people in transition, who are still discovering themselves even later in life, and who are looking to identify what holds them back. I build a constructive dialogue with my clients, helping them gain insightful into their troubles, even when they struggle to see where their stressors lie. Even if you do not have the tools yet, but you are willing to take that first step and make a change, I will meet you every step of the way.
