Supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders with culturally competent, strength-based care.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Post-Master Certificate in Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice from NYU. I’ve been in practice for several years, with experience working in both domestic violence shelters and telehealth settings, where I’ve supported adults and older adults from diverse and often vulnerable backgrounds. I specialize in trauma, including generational trauma, and bring a culturally competent lens to every session. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in whole-person care. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and psychoeducation to help patients better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward healing. Sessions are rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that each person is the expert of their own experience. I’m passionate about making mental health care more accessible and less intimidating—especially for those who feel unseen or overwhelmed. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with my dog, spending time with friends and family, and recharging with a good show and a laugh.
