As a licensed counselor with years of experience I help people become more aware of their own human nature.

I help clients find a greater sense of themselves by helping them to become more aware of their own human nature. I aim to empower clients to become clear about their goals and how to achieve them. Clients can hope to gain greater understanding and respect for their own inner ability to find resolution. In counseling, people feel supported while working through real and perceived barriers at their own pace. I believe each of us has the wisdom we seek within ourselves; the key is to access that wisdom and to believe in it. I am a licensed counselor with over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic services to people of all ages. I have helped people with emotional, behavioral, social, relational, academic, and lifestyle challenges in a variety of settings as a recreational therapist, academic therapist, special educator, & school counselor. I am LGBTQ+ accepting. Taking that first step towards getting support can be overwhelming, especially when you are in the midst of the struggle; even though it can be difficult at times, counseling is a step towards healing and growth. "Your heart knows the way; Run in that direction." Rumi
